Select the number of pods you would like to book and enter your dates.
Follow the steps to submit a booking form.

We will then receive your booking, check it and confirm it.  

Your booking is only confirmed when you have paid your deposit and you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions, so please do not book other parts to your travel (flights for example) until you have received this confirmation.

Yes, we can collect you from Inverness City’s main train, bus, and airport locations.  This will all have to be agreed at the time of booking.

  • Inverness City Centre / train station / bus station pick up £15
  • Inverness City Centre / train station / bus station drop off £15

If you arrive into Inverness airport we can collect you from 12:30.
If your flight arrives much earlier than this, you can get the airport bus into town and we can collect you from there.
If you need pick up after 6pm we charge an extra £30 on top the prices stated above.
If you need return drop off before 9am we charge an extra £30 on top of the prices stated above

Normally, you can arrive after 16:00 and we ask that you depart before 10:00.  During COVID 19 – We are asking guests to arrive slightly later 17:00 and depart before 09:30, this is to allow for the extra cleaning legally required by Government legislation

Yes, if you are using Camping Pod Heaven as your start and finish for the NC500, we charge a one-off payment of £20 per vehicle/trailer.  Please note Camping Pod Heaven does not accept any liability for vehicles left at our premises

You will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 60 days before arrival.
During COVID times, we reserve the right to take your booking and not charge a prepayment just in case we/you may have to cancel due to local restrictions being impose on us/you. Full payment will be taken from you 48 hours prior to your arrival

No, all our PODs come with mattresses, heater, light, double socket (6 AMPS) and access to free Wi-Fi. 
You need to bring everything you need for camping.

To comply with the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972, we must keep a register of ALL guests that stay at Camping Pod Heaven. 
We require the full name and address of all guests over the age of 16.
For all non-British guests we require a passport number or equivalent ID documentation, arrival and departure date and details of next destination.

Our PODs normally sleep 4 persons
During COVID, we have restricted numbers to 2 people per POD so that we can maintain social distancing laws and to comply with Government legislation.

Refunds will not be given if you decide to cancel your booking or leave the campsite early due to inclement weather, illness or other reasons beyond your control.
We recommend that you buy holiday insurance to compensate you in these circumstances.
We may have to cancel or change a booking in a significant way due to events beyond our control, i.e. COVID.
If this occurs, we will return to you any money paid in respect of the booking, but we will not otherwise be liable for any loss caused by cancellation or alteration

Yes, all our PODs have a small electric heater

No, however, we do hire out bed packs at £10 per pack. 
The pack includes a duvet, pillow, linen and towel.

Each POD is approximately 3.6 metres long x 2.4 metres wide.

Our PODs are quite big and offer ample space.
We advise that you bring soft duffle style bags with you as they will squash into corners and can be used as a head rest.
Large suitcases will scuff and mark the wooden floors.

Each POD has one double 240v plug socket.
The current from this socket is restricted to 6 amps, which is plenty for heating, lighting and charging devices.
Please do not bring electric kettles, microwaves or ovens as these items will trip the POD. 
If you want to dry your hair the sockets in the shared toilet block will power your appliances.

Yes, Camping POD Heaven campsite has fresh drinking water

Unfortunately, people have not acted responsibly and for this reason, we have a designated smoking shelter by the entrance to the campsite
